Will I be tied into a contract?
No. If you pay monthly then you’ll be committed for that month and nothing further. Paying annually will mean committing to 12 months – but at a cheaper rate.
Can I upgrade my plan later on?
Of course! Veeqo scales with you as your business grows. You can upgrade as soon as your business is ready for it.
Which platforms does Veeqo work on?
Use Veeqo via any web browser on Mac, PC or tablet. But we recommend using Chrome. You can also access Veeqo via our mobile app on iPhone or Android.
How long does it take to get set up?
Your stores and marketplaces can be connected in a few minutes. Setting up your entire account can take a little longer, and totally depends on the size of your business and the quality of the data you provide our onboarding team.
What if Veeqo doesn’t integrate with another ecommerce service I’m currently using?
Veeqo integrates with many other tools. But if something you’re currently using isn’t compatible then we’d be happy to get a custom quote from one of our third-party development teams.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. There’s a one-time setup fee followed by either a monthly or annual payment. You can also purchase a Veeqo Scanner for an extra fee of 435.
Does Veeqo offer support after I sign up?
Absolutely! Our dedicated onboarding team will get you setup quickly and easily. You’ll then have full phone and email access to our friendly support team.
What if I change my mind?
We’d hate to see you go. But if you do change your mind then you’re free to cancel at any time. Just let us know and we won’t charge you again.
Can you transfer my data from a competitor?
Yes. Many online retailers choose to transfer to Veeqo from one of our competitors. Our friendly onboarding team are there to help you through this seamlessly.
What happens at the end of the 12 months if I pay annually?
We’ll send you a reminder about your upcoming renewal date. To prevent gaps in your Veeqo coverage, your annual plan will then automatically renew unless you tell us otherwise.
