Our Main Service

Pre-shipment Inspection(PSI)

PSI is the most common inspection to confirm the whole shipment's quality level.

It normally requires the production to be finished and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.

During production Inspection (DPI)

DPI is performed when at least 20% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an earlier production stage, allowing more time for rework and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule.

Container Loading Supervision(CLS)

During CLS, the TOPWIN inspector monitors the loading process, checks product quantity & container condition, and ensures the proper handling of your cargo. A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to your requirements.

Factory Audit (FA)

A Factory Audit can uncover problems before production so that you can know your supplier's capabilities, system, management and operating procedures. Factory audits include: Factory profile, organization structure, production process, production capacity, facilities & machinery, internal quality control system, R&D and special requirements from client. This can help you select a Supplier with confidence.

Simple Factory Audit (SFA)

Simple Factory Audit checks the legitimacy of the factory. The auditor will check and verify the factory's licenses and take some photos of its office, the contact person, and the workshop production. It only checks the most basic information, such as the factory profile, human resources , and production facilities, So you can be sure the factory is not fake or a trading company.

Social Compliance Audit (SA/Sedex)

This audit focuses on the following areas according to SA8000 standards: health and safety, discrimination, disciplinary practices ,working hours , compensation, management practices, forced labor, freedom of association, and child labor laws. We can also conduct the Sedex SMETA 2-Pillar or 4-Pillar audits upon request.

Laboratory Testing

With our own qualified and accredited in house labs, TOPWIN can efficiently manage the testing of samples according to your requirements, your market's local regulations and government's  standards. We provide various qualification testing services, such as RoHS, REACH, CPSIA,EA71, ASTM etc.

Sample Check

Sample check is conducted for electrical and electronic products, toys, garments and other kind of goods. It is made up of two parts:

Construction Check – Our laboratory engineer tests your samples for the critical points according to relevant safety standards applicable to your market, for example, EC-LVD for EU market.

Performance Test – We will check the workmanship and the product functions claimed in the user manual or your specification. It helps you confirm whether the commitments to quality and performance are valid or not.
