WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY LOG IN INFORMATION?

Once you register through our software you will be required to enter your credit card information. Once we have completed your order we will automatically charge the card you have on file.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY NET TERMS FOR PAYMENTS DUE?

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR FULFILLMENT SERVICES?
Enter your name and email in one of the signup forms on this site, and follow instructions in the email you receive (you will need to confirm your email signup.)
WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you register, you’ll receive access to step by step instructions. It’s easy, honest.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF INVENTORY I CAN SEND TO HAVE YOU PROCESS FOR AMAZON?
3 unit minimum per UPC.
We can hold up to 100 pieces or for 10 days whichever comes first. You may mix and match suppliers and you must communicate this via email that this is what you would like us to do.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MULTI-PACK AND A BUNDLE?
A multipack is multiple items that are the same packaged together; a bundle is multiple items that are different but complement each other, packaged together.
CAN I CREATE A BUNDLE OF TWO OR MORE PRODUCTS USING YOUR SERVICES?
Yes, please review our services page to see the fees associated to bundling. If it requires the items to be poly bagged or bubble wrapped we also do this and the fees for that are also on our services page.
DO YOU PROCESS GLASS ITEMS THAT CONTAIN LIQUIDS?
Yes, These items will be bubbled wrapped and poly bagged.
DO YOU PROCESS NON-GLASS ITEMS THAT ARE LIQUIDS?
Yes, we make sure there is a double seal as required by Amazon. The lids are taped closed if not already and then we poly bag the item.
DO YOU LINE THE BOXES YOU SHIP TO AMAZON WITH BUBBLE WRAP?
Yes, Amazon requires that you do so.
DO YOU HANDLE PUTTING EXPIRATION DATE LABELS ON MY PRODUCTS WITH EXPIRATIONS?
Yes, we take care of this process if there is an expiration date on the product. If there is no expiration date on the product and it expires you must provide us with an expiration date that you can get from your manufacturer. The price for this is included in the cost of our fees.
