BASIC SERVICES
Receiving & Inspection
Send your shipments from any location, whether it be from a regional online retailer, a wholesaler's warehouse or a manufacturer from overseas – you can even drop off products from your local Retail purchases. We will receive, thoroughly inspect, unpack and carefully examine your merchandise for accuracy and any damages. Pictures will be taken throughout the entire process to provide you a photo diary of each step of the way.
Labeling & Prepping
We will prepare and label each product safely and securely, strictly adhering to all of Amazon's guidelines. A sample of each prepped SKU will be included in your photo diary. Our simple pricing structure allows for all services to be all-inclusive and your calculations easy – whether your products need barcode labels, bubble-wrap, expiration date labels, polybags or any stickers to be removed. Your precious time should be focused on more important tasks.
Packing & Shipping
We will repackage your products in the most efficient yet secure methodsto ensure safe arrival to their destination. Whether sending in a couple of boxes or several pallets, we make sure your shipment gets to their designated Amazon fulfillment center, quickly and safely. You will be notified when your shipment is complete and ready to be picked up for departure. FAQ
What is your turnaround time?
We shoot for a turnaround time of 24-72 hours excluding weekends and depending on the volume of each shipment.
Will you store our products in your warehouse?
Storing products is an option, however, if products must be stored longer than 2 weeks we will charge $0.39 per cubic foot per month to do so.
Do you accept pallets?
Yes we are completely able to accept pallets – free of charge. However, to receive, do a quality control check on your inventory, label the outside of your pallets, re-palletize and store your shipment until they can be shipped LTL, we charge a $25/pallet fee.
Do you accept product from liquidation sources and other used inventory?
Unfortunately we do not. We will only accept products that are in new condition.
What happens to returns/damaged products?
The choice is yours. We will take photos of the damaged products and communicate with you on how you would like to proceed. The most common choices are to have the products returned to you or to dispose of them.
Do you require User Permissions to Seller Central?
Yes. We have found that this is the most effecient method of accurately intaking your shipments as well as having shipment labels printed and fixing minor changes that sometimes need to be made within Seller Central. This way your merchandise can get to their destinations faster.
