WHAT IS SCANLISTER

ScanLister is a desktop application that allows you to list items quickly into Amazon (FBA or Merchant Fulfilled). Just grade the condition of the item and scan the barcode. 

The rest of the work can be automated.  The shipping, storage, and customer service can be done by Fulfillment by Amazon.  The pricing and repricing can be done by a 3rd-party repricing service.  The labeling can be done by Amazon or you can choose to label the items yourself.

FAQ

How do I price my items using ScanLister?

There are a few options.

1. You can use a repricer to automatically price your items. Repriceit.com is a very good program and it starts at $10/month.
2. You can use the “Match Low Price” feature on your Amazon seller account. You can select up to 200 items at a time and automatically match the lowest competitor’s price for FBA or Merchant Fulfilled.
3. You can price as you list. Click on the “show prime” button on ScanLister and it will show all the FBA offers for that product. You can also click on the product picture, and it will open a new browser and show the Amazon listing for that product. As a result, you will see your competitor’s prices, and you can make your pricing decision from there.

Can I change the information after it is scanned into ScanLister?

Yes, you can edit the condition, condition notes, price, SKU number, etc.

Can I use ScanLister on more than one computer?

Yes. After you make the purchase, you will receive five license keys. Therefore, you can use ScanLister on up to five computers.

Does the scanner that's shown in the video come with the software?

No, the desktop scanner is sold separately. Any desktop scanner with a USB cord will work. The one in the video is called the Motorola Symbol LS2208 Scanner. You find can more information on the equipment page of this website.

I am a Merchant Fulfilled seller. Can I still use ScanLister?

Absolutely. Many ScanLister users are merchant fulfilled sellers.

Is it possible to use this software without a scanner and manually input the ISBN numbers?

Yes, you can manually type in the ISBN, UPC, or ASIN number. We also have a batch listing feature where you can import many ISBN numbers from a spreadsheet.

What if a book does not have a barcode or an ISBN number?

Search for the exact title on Amazon’s site. Find the ASIN number on the product page and copy & paste that into ScanLister.

Or if you are using the Windows version, you can use our new “search by keyword” function.

Does ScanLister work on other Amazon marketplaces outside the US?

Yes, ScanLister works on Amazon US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, and Spain.
