FAQs
Does IRCE accept check and wire payments for registration?
IRCE does not accept checks or wire payments from domestic attendees and will not issue invoices for vendor-style payments. If you are based outside the U.S. and have restrictions on the method of payment, please contact Laura Porter at laura.porter@irce.com.
Can I give my badge to someone else if I’m unable to attend?
Absolutely. Badges may be transferred to another individual, provided they are a colleague within your organization. Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done by calling IRCE registration customer service at (800) 465-5514.
Are there refunds if I am unable to attend?
Attendee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@irce.com. All refunds are subject to a processing fee equal to 3% of the value of the pass at the date of purchase. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of registration will be refunded 100%, less the above-stated processing fee.
Please note, no cancellations or refunds will be issues for attendees registered under the group discount program. Should the need arise, we would be happy to substitute another member of your organization for an existing registration. Please submit group substitution requests via email only to jim.dezutel@irce.com.
Refund requests will otherwise be honored as follows:
- By February 1, 2018: Full refund
- From February 2, 2018, to May 7, 2018: 50% refund
- After May 7, 2018: No refunds, no exceptions
I misplaced my badge. Can I have it reprinted? Can I pick up my colleague’s badge?
Badges may be picked up on-site only.
Badge Reprint Policy:
PLEASE TREAT YOUR BADGE LIKE AN EVENT TICKET. ONCE PRINTED, IT CANNOT BE REPLACED OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you misplace your badge, you must purchase another at the full on-site price. are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
Badges may only be picked up by the individual named on the badge. You must provide state or federal-issued identification when picking up your badge at the registration desk.
Can you mail my badge to me before the show?
Badges will not be mailed. They must be picked up on-site and proof of identification is required for all attendees.

Show Policies
No one under 21 will be admitted without written approval from show management. Pricing and cancellation policies are will be available in early 2018.
Photography and Video Rules
Exhibit Hall
Cameras and video equipment (including smartphones and other handheld devices) are allowed on the exhibit floor for use by individual exhibitor staff and attendees. Exhibitor staff and attendees may take pictures and video on the exhibit floor for purposes of company communications, marketing materials and social media efforts. Under no circumstances will anyone be permitted to take pictures or video of an exhibitor’s product, staff or booth without the permission of the exhibitor. Exhibitors have the right to report to security any instance of inappropriate recording of company products, staff or displays. All photographs or video recordings should be attributed to IRCE. Non-exhibiting vendors are not permitted under any circumstances to take photography or video at IRCE, including within the sessions, exhibit hall, common areas or any exhibiting company’s booth. Unauthorized photography or video recording is prohibited and will result in expulsion from the exhibition and conference without refund.
Sessions
Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in all IRCE sessions. Only IRCE approved show photographers or videographers and credentialed news media are allowed to record any image or portion of educational sessions. Unauthorized photography or video during sessions will result in expulsion from the exhibition and conference without refund.
Press
Media credentials are reserved exclusively for working members of the editorial media, including print, broadcast, radio or online, at the sole discretion of IRCE management. Public relations, advertising, and marketing personnel do not qualify for media credentials. All media are required to follow the photography and video policy outlined below. Approved media who abuse privileges or misrepresent themselves may have their credentials revoked and be removed from the conference.
Photography and videography at IRCE, both in the sessions and in the exhibit hall, is permitted for those with approved press credentials. You will require a camera tag issued by IRCE in order to take photography or video in the sessions. Bring your camera with you to the Press registration room to pick up your press credentials and camera tag. The camera tag must be affixed to your camera AT ALL TIMES. Only accredited press are eligible to receive a camera tag. Please note: flash photography is only allowed during the first five minutes of any session. Individual speakers and IRCE management have the right to restrict photography and video recording in any individual session, and media must comply with this instruction, or they may have their credentials revoked and be removed from the conference. All photographs and video should be attributed to IRCE and the appropriate exhibitor and/or speaker as applicable.
