BubbleFAST began as a home-based business in 1999. With so many people starting to sell their wares on the Internet, we saw the need for a friendly, reliable supplier of reasonably priced shipping supplies. We had a relationship with a provider of bubble cushioning and with that single product, Bubblefast was born. It didn't take long until we were directing semi-trucks into our driveway to make deliveries. Time to find a new home for Bubblefast!
We now operate out of a warehouse in Gurnee, Illinois with additional distribution sites in California and Ontario. We have greatly expanded our product line and continue to grow by doing everything we can to provide our customers with great products, prompt communication and excellent service. Bubble Bucks
Here’s how it works:
For every order you place when logged in as a registered user on our site www.bubblefast.com, you will earn reward points. You cannot earn reward points if you are signed in as a guest or if you place your order via email or telephone.
For each dollar you spend on products (not including shipping or sales tax) you will earn 1 point. Each point will equate to a 2% credit towards future purchases. $1 = 1 point.
For example if you order $300 of product, you will earn 300 points which will give you a $6.00 credit which you can use on a subsequent order. Bubble Bucks are available for every purchase you make on www.bubblefast.com with only one exception.
Important: No Bubble Bucks will be awarded for orders where points are being redeemed.
In other words, if you are redeeming points on a purchase, your entire purchase will not earn you more rewards.
How do you sign up?
Here’s the beauty, you don’t have to. Points will automatically be earned on all qualifying purchases. If you’re not interested in the program, you can simply ignore them.
How can you keep track of your Bubble Bucks points?
Easy! Your confirmation e-mail for each order will tell you how many points you have earned for that order. To see your cumulative total simply log into your account and click on the View Your Bubble Bucks Rewards Points link.
How can you use your Bubble Bucks to receive $$ off of Bubblefast products?
Your Bubble Bucks reward points can be used to apply a discount on any new order. During checkout, on the Payment and Other Information Page after you choose your payment method, you will be able to enter the number of points you would like to use in the box at the bottom of the page. Then click on Recalculate, and then Place Order.
Disclaimers and Other Legal Stuff
- Bubble Bucks can only be earned for orders placed when you are a registered customer, logged into your Bubblefast account. If, for any reason, you have trouble logging into your account, please contact us and we will be happy to offer assistance.
- Bubble Bucks are not transferable and have no cash value. Points can only be used on new orders. Rewards cannot be issued retroactively for prior purchases.
- Points cannot be used for separately stated shipping or sales tax.
- Wholesale customers are not eligible for the Bubble Bucks program.
- Bubblefast reserves the right to modify or terminate the Bubble Bucks Reward program at any time by posting notice on the site. If a decision is made to terminate the Bubble Bucks program at least 30 days notice will be given and e-mails will be sent to all customers with balances in their Bubble Bucks account. If the program is terminated all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
- Bubble Bucks program is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.
Shipping and Returns Policy
At Bubblefast we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping. Most items are packed by us and shipped from our Gurnee, IL warehouse. We generally ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Charges
All of our items include FREE SHIPPING to any street address in the continental US. Additional charges may apply for Parcel Post shipping outside of the continental US for very large or heavy packages.
Shipping Methods
To keep our prices competitive we utilize a number of shipping methods including First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Select, FedEx Ground and a local courier. All packing peanuts ship via First Class Mail. For other items we determine the optimal solution to get your packages to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our Free Shipping policy.
Orders going to AK, PR, GU or HI or to an APO or FPO military address will generally be shipped via Parcel Select. Additional charges may apply.
If you need faster shipping, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. We will do our very best to get your items to you when you need them.
Tracking
Tracking is available for all FedEx shipments. For items shipped via USPS you will receive a delivery confirmation number. USPS packages are not always scanned along their route so in some cases there may not be any transit information available until the package is actually delivered. Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be sent to the e-mail address you provide within 24 hours. If you have any questions or concerns about delivery of your package please contact us sales@bubblefast.com and we will be happy to help.
Returns
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you wish to return your items please contact us, via phone at (877) 599-7447 or e-mail (sales@bubblefast.com) within 14 days for return instructions. Upon receipt of returned items in resellable condition we will issue a full refund. Return shipping to us will be the responsibility of the buyer unless we have shipped an incorrect or defective item. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.
Green Shipping Tips
You have items that need to be packaged for shipping. Getting the items to their destination safe and sound is your primary goal. But you also want to be environmentally responsible. According to the EPA 31% or 77 million tons of municipal solid waste comes from containers and packaging (http://www.epa.gov/epawaste/nonhaz/municipal/pubs/msw2008rpt.pdf.)
What can you do to make sure your products are well protected while still promoting environmental best practices?
Here are some of our favorite Green Shipping Tips:
- Re-Use. Yes, we sell shipping supplies so this may seem a strange suggestion for us to make. But we take our own advice here. When our suppliers send us merchandise in strong boxes we often re-use those boxes to ship our products. The useful life of bubble cushioning, packing peanuts, air pillows and boxes can all be extended by re-use. When you receive these products don’t throw them out. If you can’t use them yourself, consider donating them to somebody who can. Of course, care must be exercised when re-using packing materials. Make sure they are clean and odor-free. Be aware that boxes (especially those made with recycled materials) can lose up to 60% of their strength after the first use. Re-using quality supplies in good condition will save you money and help the environment. A win-win!
- Use Eco-Friendly Shipping Supplies. Not to toot our own horn (ok, we’re tooting our own horn!), — Bubblefast now has a large and growing inventory of carefully chosen high-quality eco-friendly shipping supplies. Visit our "Earth-Friendly” category to explore options like Green Bubble Cushioning, Biodegradable Packing Peanuts, Biodegradable Poly Bags, Biodegradable Padded Mailers and more. By choosing sustainable packing materials you are doing your part to minimize the mountains of packaging materials sitting in landfills.
- Avoid Overpacking. Yes, we want you to purchase our packaging supplies and yes, we want you to protect your items – but don’t go overboard. A sweater doesn’t need to be wrapped in bubble cushioning. Durable products may need little or no protective padding. We have received large boxes filled with packing peanuts or air pillows to protect a pen or a pad of paper. This is not only silly, but also expensive and wasteful.
- Use the Right Size Box. If you use the proper size box for your item you will need less packing material. Your package will also be less expensive to ship and will allow transporting vehicles to be more efficient. (Money saving tip: Consider purchasing multi-depth boxes. Multi-depth boxes allow you to purchase one box size for multiple uses. Boxes are scored at multiple intervals. Cut to your desired height, easily fold down sides and create a perfect custom-sized box)
- Consolidate Shipments. Whenever possible and practical, ship multiple items going to the same address in a single package. Of course fragile items DO need to be packed individually and separated from other items, but if items can be safely shipped together you will save money both on supplies and on shipping costs. Minimize the number of packages you send to a single address to make transporting those packages as efficient as possible.
- Ship Ground. When possible, ship using ground carriers rather than air carriers. Ground shipping is significantly more energy efficient than air travel. Less expensive too!
