We pre-qualify applicants based on ability and skill.

All VAs are required to submit their resume, portfolio, writing samples (for content-based jobs), list of references, and other supporting documents. We check their internet speed and stability, PC/laptop specs, and other home office requirements. We do online profile checks, character reference checks, identity verification, attitudinal assessment, and work ethic assessment.

• Initial interview

We get a good gauge of the applicant’s core competencies, communication skills, personality type, and relevant work experience during the initial interview.

• Skills assessment (training)

Each of our three main types of VAs is further grouped according to their level of expertise. Our VA Service Levels range from Entry Level, Intermediate Junior Level, Intermediate Senior Level, and Advanced Level.
