Is the service really unlimited?
Yes, we really offer unlimited graphic design tasks. Revisions are also unlimited. Remember, we aren't happy until you're happy.
Keep in mind that you can only submit one task at a time and the current task must be completed before you submit a new request. Each revision counts as a new task.

Once you sign up for an account you will be given more detailed instructions, in case you need them. We're here to make the process as seamless for you as possible.
What details do I need to include when I submit a task?
It depends on the task. As a general rule, more detail is always better. Usually, most customers will include the following info:
- Size and format of finished design
- Examples of similar work
- Preferred style and colors (if you hate the color red, tell us!)
- Where will the finished design be used (web, print etc.)
- Any relevant links (your company Facebook page or website, for example)
How long does it take for you to complete my request?
Our delivery times take a maximum of 2 business days (usually faster).
Requests are delivered during business days (Monday-Friday).
