Do you need access to my seller account?
We require you to authorize MWS (Marketplace Web Service) to our application and require dummy login credentials. Setting this up is easy and will take just a few minutes.
Without this, we will not be able to apply variant rotations or fetch performance reports from your account.
Can I trust you with access to my seller account?
We take security very seriously. Your credentials are encrypted using OpenSSL AES 256-bit encryption (the same level of encryption banks and governments use) and are stored on firewalled servers. Our staff are forced to use two-factor authentication to prevent social engineered based attacks. We scan our servers every day for viruses and we apply security updates regularly to address the latest threats. Your account password is hashed using the one way Bcrypt algorithm. To top things off, our website runs behind Cloudflare, which protects us from a wide range of security threats.
What will you do with my data?
We never sell your data or use it against you, the only reason we need access is to allow the tools to effectively help you optimize your listings. Behind the scenes, our software is running in-house artificial intelligence algorithms with the sole mission of helping you optimize your listing and your pricing.
What if my listing is already optimized?
In our opinion, a listing can never truly be fully optimized, or at the very least, you have to revisit your optimization strategy every so often, because there are so many moving parts on Amazon. For this reason we recommend running continuous tests, and having Profit Peak consistently looking for your best known price.
