Unfulfillable Inventory in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

Selling on Amazon.com through FBA can be very lucrative for international sellers. We also know the headaches when dealing with your unfulfillable inventory. That’s why we offer a simple, affordable solution for our international sellers.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Create a removal order back to our warehouse.
  2. You decide on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule to ship your returns back to your company directly or your supplier.
  3. We ship you back your unfulfillable inventory…it’s as easy as 1, 2.3!

There are no monthly commitments, you pay as you go. Our service costs are below.

  1. $0.75 USD per each item received.
  2. $5.00 USD handling fee per each order shipped.
  3. Cost of freight back to you chosen destination.
  4. We will always use the boxes provided by Amazon to ship your returns. If for any reason, we need to use one of our boxes it will be $4.00 USD per box.

Please note: we do not provide long term storage. Your returns will be shipped on your schedule ship date (excluding holidays). If for whatever reason your shipment cannot be processed on your schedule ship day, there will be a 15% daily storage charge assessed to your order. This 15% fee will compound daily and will include the charge of shipping. If your inventory is not shipped within 2 weeks of your schedule ship date, FBA Express will take sole control of your inventory and will reserve the rights to do with it as it pleases.

As long as it’s permitted by Amazon, we will ship it.

Does FBA Express accept products from overseas?

Of course!! As long as they are legal and not hazardous FBA Express will accept them. They merchant is responsible for all taxes, tariffs or any other expenses getting the products to our warehouse.

As part of our service we package inspection on all packages we receive. Any damaged items we will take a picture of and email over to you immediately. At that point, you should contact your supplier to work out a solution. We always suggest using Amazon preferred shipping vendor (UPS) for all shipments. This way, Amazon will cover any distributor damaged items that were shipped to their fulfillment centers.

How long will FBA Express keep my merchandise in their warehouse?

FBA Express is not a fulfillment center nor do we offer long-term storage on any merchandise. All products must be shipped out from our warehouse within 4 business days of receipt. Any merchandise that FBA Express does not receive Amazon labels and shipping instructions will be shipped to the owner at the owner’s expense. Our goal is to get your products in and get them back out ASAP.

What is an EIN?

An EIN is a number that is provided to you by the United States Internal Revenue Service. EIN stands for Employer Identification Number. You should have one if you’re operating a legitimate business in the United States.

  • Customs Will Require an EIN when you import $2500 or more into the US.
  • Amazon and eBay reports annual gross sales of $20,000 or more to the IRS

Can FBA Express provide an EIN to get my products released from customs?

Foreign companies can apply for an EIN by calling 267-941-1099 (not a toll-free number) 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. The person making the call must be authorized to receive the information over the phone. Be sure to authorize anyone that does work for you with us here at FBA EXPRESS, as we never give out any information to unauthorized callers.

Who is responsible for returns?

The merchant is responsible for all returns. Removal orders must be shipped back to the merchant. FBA Express is not responsible for any merchandise received from a removal order. Merchandise received by FBA Express will be disposed off within 1 week of receipt. A merchant is responsible for coordinating and paying for returned products received by FBA Express. A service charge of $100 will be charged for returned merchandise regardless of quantity.

How can I cancel my account?

An account can be canceled at any time, and you will no longer be billed for service. Month-by-month memberships, no refunds are provided for the remainder of the billing month in which you choose to cancel. Yearly memberships can be cancelled but there is a cancellation fee of one month’s membership.
