With the rise of online shopping, we’ve noticed that professional photos helps to highlight your products, make you stand out from your competitors and get your customers clicking ‘add to cart’. The process of background removal is tedious and can often take up to an hour per image.

How long does it take to get my images back?
As soon as you have paid and the images have been downloaded on our end, the images will back to you within 24 hours. We want to give them to you as fast as possible so we are here 24/7. Please note that for orders over 1000 images or custom requirements, the processing time may take a little longer but we will always let you know.
How do I pay?
Once you submit your photos, you will be asked to pay using our secure credit card system (powered by Stripe). You can pay for your images that you have uploaded, as well as pre-purchase images to save more on your future orders. If you are paying on our Shopify app, you will be asked to enter your payment details into our payment gateway which is handled by Stripe.
How do pre-paid credits/images work?
Pre-paid images are a great way to save money on your image editing. You can use your credits straight away, or save them for later. You can use them one at a time, or in bulk. It’s completely up to you! Your credits are valid for a full 365 days.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept most formats including jpeg, png, tiff, bmp and gif.
What format will the complete files be?
The completed files will be jpeg. The product will sit on a white square background, unless you specify otherwise.
