What do your services cost? How do you guys get paid?
All of our services are free unless you decide to file a lawsuit with us. Other firms and lawyers charge for these services but we are happy to help at no cost. In the event that you do choose to sue, we might be interested in funding your legal fees for a percentage of your case’s winnings.
How will you keep the information I share about my brands, products, or case safe?
If you’d like, before discussing your case, we’ll start by signing a non-disclosure agreement.
Why don’t I just report the infringers to my marketplace?
First, before you report your infringers, you may want to contact us. In some cases, reporting to the marketplace will squander your opportunity to be compensated for the damage the bad actor has done. Check out our infringement and take down decision tree to figure out whether it’s worth contacting us or going straight to your marketplace.
Do you only focus on Amazon? What marketplaces can you help with?
Amazon is our speciality but we also know how to take down bad actors on eBay, Wish, Walmart, AliExpress, Etsy, and Teespring.
Why does it say litigation financing? Are you guys not lawyers?
