Product Inspection
Our Product Inspection service was designed to specifically address issues with importing products, which generally have to travel 1000’s of miles and not always treated with care and attention. The outer cartons can only protect the products so far, to reduce issues and cost with Amazon FBA, pre-delivery inspection is essential.

Labelling – Amazon FBA FNSKU Bar code
Amazon FBA operates a stock control based on a custom stock code, this code in the form of a bar code needs to be on each product that is in the Amazon stock system.
The Amazon inventory control system, Seller Central, makes it easy for these labels to be printed, either individually or as an A4 page of 27 labels, using Amazon’s system ensures that the labels are the exact standard required.
We would ask you to access your Seller Central account and ‘print off’ (as a pdf document) and email the 27 labels per item, we will print and affix the label, ensuring that the item will be accepted by Amazon without further expense.

NB. If you are ONLY selling your private labelled product on Amazon or eBay, you can have the FNSKU bar code incorporated into your bespoke packaging

Your factory will be able to organise all the branding for you, unfortunately the factory will require you to purchase a significant amount (Minimum Order Quantity- MOQ) of each product for them to print your own packaging
So it’s a catch 22 situation, you need to differentiate the product to get market share and protect you sales listing, but you also need to build up sales to be able to comfortably purchase the factories MOQ..

This simple pricing structure enables you to quickly calculate your profit margins. Simply add £0.49 – £1.00 to the cost of each item, bundle or multi-pack to cover our service when calculating your margins. No more sticker shock when you’re invoiced and charged for services you may (or may not) have needed or actually received. We include it all.
Pricing as follows (includes inspection of all items):
1) Inspect, FNSKU Labelling only – Pay only £0.49 per item.
2) Inspect, FNSKU Labelling and Price sticker removal – Pay only £0.55 per item
3) Inspect, FNSKU Labelling and Poly Bagging – Pay only £0.69 per item
4) Inspect, FNSKU Labelling, Poly Bagging and Price sticker removal – Pay only £0.75 per item
5) Bubble wrap, shrink wrap, bundling, multi-packs includes Inspect, FNSKU– Pay only £1.00 per item, bundle or multi-pack.
6) £0.10 each for expiration date labels or Anti Suffocation labels
We include everything! Your days of buying printers, ink, bags, boxes, labels, shrink wrap, trips to the post office, etc. are now over! Not to mention the time involved in prepping your shipment when you could be spending more of your time on sourcing products.
Additional Services
Customer Returns
Sellers that wish to sell on international Amazon site MUST have a product return address based in that country, this can be a major stumbling block for many sellers, We can by prior agreement, be your product return address, for our overseas based customers.
Amazon will handle all Customer refunds and returns, if you are looking to have an item pulled from your FBA inventory for inspection to determine if the return is fit for resale, you can have it shipped to us. And at your discretion, we would repackage and send back to FBA or dispose of it. There are no additional fees for this service. Standard labelling and prep fees would apply.
Shipment Forwarding
If your products do not need any prep work and simply needs to be received and shipped on to an Amazon warehouse, we provide the following services::
A) Products remain in original shipping cartons, we remove all shipping labels and barcodes and place an Amazon shipment label on shipping cartons and ship to Amazon = £5.50 per box
B) Items that need to be repackaged (when no prep is required) for shipment to different Amazon warehouses or to consolidated shipping costs = £7.50 per box received or per box sent out (whichever is greater),
