Product photos
Our core service, ideal for E-commerce. We shoot clean, crisp photos of your product on a pure white background. Each image is professionally shot and edited in our Las Vegas studio by our experienced staff of trained product photographers under the direction of our creative director.

Add transparencies
Photos that adapt to different backgrounds. Transparencies can be added to any photo allowing your images to be used on a variety of backgrounds. Our team manually traces the outer edge of your product to clip it from the native white background. This enables your images to blend with whatever background you decide to use, like the image seen here.
Delivery in layered tiff format. Each transparency is delivered as a layered tiff file containing separate product, shadow, and background layers, all of which can be independently enabled or disabled.
Hero shots
What’s a hero shot? A hero shot is our top white background service which includes everything in our core service above but with significantly higher resolution, extensive additional touch-up, and transparencies.
How much larger are the images? Shooting at 36 megapixels, each image comes off the camera at a whopping 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping). This adds up to a 4x increase in image size over our standard photos for maximum possible clarity. Final prints sizes up to 24″ at 300 DPI or 48″ at 150 DPI.
What extra touch-up will you perform? Often, product prototypes and manufacturing samples contain minor defects not representative of the final product. Our hero shots go far beyond our standard service in correcting many manufacturing errors such as crooked labels, mold seams, misaligned gaps, damaged box corners, and much more.
Includes transparencies. All hero shots include transparencies delivered in a layered tiff format for easy incorporation into your design.
When should I order hero shots over standard product photos? We recommend hero shots for use on the Amazon.com marketplace as the primary image in your listing. We also recommend hero shots any time an image needs to be extremely high resolution or when it will receive intense scrutiny such as with product packaging or advertisements.
Ghost mannequin
A fitted look, no model required. Using special techniques, apparel can be photographed styled on a mannequin which is then removed in post production creating a hollow appearance commonly called “ghost mannequin” or “hollow man.” It’s a great solution allowing a fitted look without the need for a model.
When shipping garments we recommend using medium sizes when possible.
Hand modeling
An added touch. Great for showing products in use, demonstrating features, and giving a sense of scale, hand modeling can be added to any of our services above.
Our studio staff and assistants will demonstrate your product while our photographers give direction. Your choice of male or female hands.
White backgrounds with props
Special props. Whether you require kitchen tools with fresh produce, or medical equipment with beakers and graduated cylinders, we can gather the props needed to show your products in the right context.
Sorry, no lifestyle photos. Our custom shots expand on our core services when you’d like to add some props. However, we don’t currently offer lifestyle photos involving models or on-location shooting.
Large groups and complex assembly. We can shoot large group shots exceeding 5 pieces while creating a balanced arrangement that showcases your products. We also offer complex installation and assembly such as door hardware, plumbing fixtures, or furniture.

Pricing
- Do you charge per-photo or per-product? We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.
- How much will it cost? The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.
- How do I pay? Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.
- ?Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects? Our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.
Shipping
- Do you ship my products back when you’re done? Yes of course! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. For export reasons, return shipping is limited to domestic US addresses.
- I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it? If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product.
Process
- Do I need to be located near Las Vegas to be a client? You don’t need to be in Las Vegas, or even in the United States, to work with us! In fact, over 95% of our clients are located outside the Las Vegas area.* Since the beginning we have been primarily a “mail order” service providing professional product photography no matter your location.
- How long do photography projects take? Most projects are delivered in 1-2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
- What if I would like an image to be re-shot? If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
Delivery
- In what format are my photos delivered? Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size. Depending on product shape, excess white space may be cropped leaving the longest dimension at least 3000 pixels, while the other dimension is cropped to fit the shape of the product being photographed.Hero Shots are 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping) and are delivered in a layered tiff format with transparency.In addition to the high resolution originals, our server also allows you to chose from several smaller size jpeg images for use on the web.
- How do you deliver my finished photos? Delivery of completed photos occurs via our private image hosting server. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link and password. Log-in to our image server to view and instantly download your high resolution images. We store your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge.
- What kind of license comes with the images? Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of media including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
