**Note – Items that are extremely oversized are subject to additional fees. Fees will be charged at our discretion. Extremely oversized items are items that exceed 24″ on it’s longest side. Fees for extremely oversized items will be $6 per item. In addition to this fee, you will also be required to pay for all packaging materials required to prep this item, such as bubblewrap and boxes.
The per piece plan also requires a one time sign up fee of $299, plus a monthly maintenance fee of $19.
FAQs
What's the benefit of using a Tax Free warehouse?
All items ordered online and sent directly to us will be Tax Free! It’s a great way to offset our prep cost! Here’s an example. Let’s say you spend $5,000 a month ordering from online vendors. Let’s assume your average buy price is $15. That means you purchase about 333 items per month. With the average tax rate being about 7%, that means your tax savings would be about $350. If all these items were standard size, your prep cost would be $333, which means you’re basically utilizing free labor to help scale your business!
Do you work with brand new sellers?
We do, however, you must have a full understanding of the processes behind Amazon. You are required to have a total understanding of how to create and list your own products.
What is your turnaround speed on shipping out products?
Once shipping plans are received, our average turn around speed is 3 business days outside of our Holiday rush.
Will you share my buys with others?
Absolutely not! I have personally stepped down as an Amazon Seller to focus primarily on this business and to ensure there is no conflict of interest.
What's the advantage of 'Simple Pricing'?
Our goal is to provide a transparent pricing system and that’s where we came up with Simple Pricing. It allows you to know up front how much you will have to pay. No extra money for dunnage, poly, boxes, ect. One low price!
Do you accept sellers of all size?
Yes! Whether you ship 100 or 10,000 per month, we want to work with you!
How do we pay for your services?
After every order is fulfilled and sent off to Amazon, we will send you an invoice via Quick Books. Through them, you can pay via Credit Card or ACH.
Do you accept Pallets?
Yes, we do! We have 5 loading docks ready to go.
Do you accept items from Liquidation Companies?
No. At this time we do not take anything but BRAND NEW products.
Do you require User Permissions?
We do. This allows us to work in the most optimal manner. You will still create all shipping plans. However, having User Permissions access will allow us to print our own product labels, enter weight, print shipping labels, then complete shipment. Which means your items will get shipped out a lot quicker.
If I order multiple items from different locations that are due to arrive at your facility around the same time, can I add all items to the same shipping plan?
Yes, absolutely! Just give us a heads up and we will handle the rest.
Who pays for outbound shipping?
All outbound shipping charges are paid through you Seller Central account, by you.
How do I get started?
Click on the Sign Up button in the top right hand corner. Fill out a brief application and that's it!
Do you offer merchant fulfillment?
