How long will my project take to complete?
Projects are typically completed with in three business days of receiving the product. In rare cases due to high workload, or extremely complex setups, shots can take a little longer. We are always in communication with our clients, and will immediately let you know if there are any delays that arise.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments can be made online through Paypal, or through your Amazon account. We can also accept credit cards over the phone M-F 9 AM – 5 PM EST by calling 800-797-8279.
How do I get my photos?
We make it as easy as possible for you to get your photos. They can be emailed directly to your inbox, or uploaded to any online cloud storage service such as: Google Drive, Dropbox. Files can be password encrypted upon request.
What happens to my product when you are done photographing it?
Products are either sent back to the client (prepaid shipping by client), or are discarded.
What kind of license is attached to the photos?
Once final delivery is made the photographs become licensed to your company for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are able to use the photographs in any form of publication, as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, with no royalties ever having to be paid for their use. The allowed use of these photos can include but are not limited to: print advertising, packaging, web, and television. We do however retain the copyrights for delivered photos and they may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
How do you handle re-shoots?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. That is why during the ordering process we will have a detailed explanation of how many and what type of shots you will be receiving. This helps ensure that the end result matches your expectations. If for some reason we have made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot the picture at no charge. Re-shoots for any other reason such as artistic, editorial, client errors, or omissions will be re-shot with a new quoted discounted rate.
What is the largest product you can photograph?
Our studio does have a large access door, and can accept pallet shipments. Please understand there is a lot more work involved in shooting larger products, and a charge will be quoted prior to the shoot. We consider any product that has one dimension over 24″ to be large. Please let us know ahead of time if your product shot will be large so we can make appropriate accommodations. While we do have large access, we have no loading dock or fork lift. Please ensure pallet shipments are delivered via truck with lift gate.
Is the amount on the pricing page for each product or each photograph?
Our price is quoted per photo. If you have six products and need two shots of each, that would be a total of twelve shots needed for the shoot.

How does the logo design process work?
Prior to any design work being started, clients are required to fill out a design questionnaire. This questionnaire enables our designers at Global PLS to create a logo that best captures your vision. We ask all clients to provide detailed information how they envision their brand to look and feel. We then take this information and use it as a basis too start creating your logo compositions.
What is included in a logo design?
Logo design consists of three different design compositions. After the client chooses one composition they are allowed two rounds of revisions in which changes can be made.
How much does it cost to create a logo?
Logos without graphics are $75.00. Logos with graphics ar e$100.00.
What type of files will be delivered upon completion of my logo?
Upon completion of your design project a 300 dpi print ready .jpg file as well as a .pdf file will be delivered. If you need additional file formats such as .tif, .png, .eps, or any other design file formats please let us know in the beginning of your project.
What is the difference between logo and brand design?
Both of these terms are used loosely in the industry. A logo is simply a graphic or text that represent something. A logo can represent a brand or just a product. You can have a logo for your brand, and also a logo for your product. Branding encompasses a more of a broad scope of your company, and how your colors and mood are unified across many different platforms and products.
