Welcome to the 123rd Spring Canton Fair 2018 April-May

Canton Fair(China Import and Export Fair) is the largest trade fair with the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the broadest distribution of overseas buyers and  the greatest business turnover held in Guangzhou(Canton) China. Over 20,000 venders, about 100,000 buyers will attend the fair twice a year.

• Venue

  China Import and Export Complex also name Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center(Canton Fair Complex for short), the largest modernized exhibition center in Asia, is located in Pazhou Island, Guangzhou, China. It is a perfect integratation of human and ecological concerns and high technology and intelligentization, sparkling the world like a shining star.

  The complex covers a total construction area of 1,100,000 M² with the indoor exhibition area of 338,000 M² and the outdoor exhibition area of 43,600 M². The Area A has an indoor exhibition area of 130,000 M² and an outdoor exhibition area of 30,000 M², the Area B has an indoor exhibition area of 128,000 M² and an outdoor exhibition area of 13,600 M², and the Area C has an indoor exhibition area of 80,000 M².

Attend Canton Fair

The Buyer card(badge) is the only official admission to Canton Fair. It is valid for years multiple sessions of the fair. The only way to get the buyer card is go to registration office yourself. Pre-register(invitation) online will save you time and money.

With the Invitation, overseas buyers could:

• Apply for Visa to China.
• Get registered and free entry badge to the Fair.
• For better serving overseas buyers, and to provide easy pass for your Chinese visa application, necessary information including Buyer's Name, Nationality and Company Name will be requested to list on the invitation, please be kindly noted.

Registration

The Buyer card(badge) is the only official admission to Canton Fair. It is valid for years multiple sessions of the fair. The only place to get the buyer badge must be at Canton Fair Registration office, pre-register online will save everybody's register time.

Visa

Please go to the Embassy or Consulate General of P.R.China in your country with the Official Invitation of the Canton Fair to apply the visa. The official invitation must list the Buyer's Name, Nationality and Company Name.

• Please apply visa to China at your country or regular residence place before arriving in China.Missions Overseas
• Buyers who need to leave Mainland China to Hong Kong, Macau,  and come back again to Guangzhou, must apply for multi-entry visa.
• It is very hard to extend visa and apply new visa in China mainland, we suggest apply it by go to Hong Kong.
